When making a reservation by email, please provide:
- Full name
- Nationality
- Mobile phone number
- Type of accommodation
- Number of guests and gender
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
- City or town you are travelling from
- How you will arrive – bus, train, plane, tour bus or car
- Expected arrival time
- Any other requests or special requirements
We will reply to your email as soon as possible with availability and booking information.

Important Information
Please note that check-in arrangements depend on your arrival time. Our office hours are 9:30 am–12:30 pm. Afternoon check-in is available by appointment.
If you expect to arrive after 6:30 pm, please contact us in advance to arrange your late arrival.
A valid photo ID and credit card may be required at check-in. A damage deposit may also be required.
For the smoothest arrival, please let us know your expected arrival time and method of transport when making your booking.
